Payment Policy
Accepted Methods of Payment
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
PayPal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Bill Me Later (a PayPal Service)
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Coupon Codes
Coupon Codes must be entered at the time the order is placed. No refunds or coupon codes will be applied to your order once the order is placed. Coupon Codes cannot be used on already discounted items. Coupon Codes cannot be combined with any other promotional coupon codes. Limit one coupon code per order.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates cannot be used on the original purchase of Gift Certificates or shipping charges. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates have no cash value.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx, UPS, USPS & Freight Carriers
Reporting Errors
Any errors found with your shipment must be reported within 48 business hours of delivery. Any errors reported after 48 business hours will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Free Shipping
When offered, Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. All others are excluded from any and all free shipping offers. Please contact us to enquire about a discounted shipping rate for larger orders/heavy items.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. You will see the exact shipping cost before the final checkout page.
Back Orders
If an item is on back order we will ship the in-stock portion of your order first. When the back-ordered item becomes available we will ship the rest at no additional shipping charge.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
