Street Edge USA Product Warranty

All Street Edge USA branded suspension products carry a 5 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original retail purchaser.

This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing of Street Edge USA suspension products including spindles, springs, shackle and hanger kits, flip kits and blocks on street driven vehicles only.

Bushings, bump stops and ball joints are considered wear items and are excluded from this warranty.

Bell Tech Shock Warranty

Bell Tech shocks and shock packages carry a 3 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects to the original retail purchaser.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under any Street Edge USA warranty:

• Installation, labor, removal, reinstallation or alignment charges
• Damage caused by misuse, misinstallation, misapplication, collision or off road activity
• Usage at height levels outside of published operating range
• Upkeep and maintenance of exterior finishes including powder coating, paint and plating
• Consequential damage to connected systems or components caused by product failure

Claim Procedure

1. Contact Street Edge USA with a detailed description of the issue at info@streetedgeusa.com or 1-888-656-3343.
2. Provide a copy of your original purchase receipt.
3. Once your claim is reviewed, Street Edge USA will advise on next steps. Affected units may be:

• Sent in for evaluation. If deemed to be a product failure covered under warranty, the item will be repaired or replaced and returned to the owner.
• Replaced in advance at a discounted price plus shipping. The original units must be returned for evaluation within 15 calendar days. If deemed covered under warranty, the discounted purchase price and shipping will be refunded.

It is at the discretion of Street Edge USA to repair or replace any component under warranty.

Shipping

Street Edge USA does not cover incoming warranty shipping charges. Street Edge USA will provide standard ground shipping back to the end user within the continental USA from our Fresno, California warehouse.

Upgraded or faster shipping is available at a surcharge. All international shipments and associated brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
