Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes must be entered at the time the order is placed. No refunds or coupon codes will be applied to your order once the order is placed. Coupon Codes cannot be used on already discounted items. Coupon Codes cannot be combined with any other promotional coupon codes. Limit One Coupon Code per order.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates cannot be used on original purchase of Gift Certificates or shipping charges. Cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates have no cash value.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. All others are excluded from any and all free shipping offers. Please contact us to enquire about a discounted shipping rate.

Reporting Errors

Any errors found with your shipment must be reported within 48 business hours of your package being delivered. Any errors reported after 48 business hours will be handled on a case by case basis.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

International Shipping

Street Edge USA ships internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and destination country.

All international orders are subject to customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our shipping rates.

Street Edge USA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination.

Free shipping promotions apply to the lower 48 United States only and do not apply to international orders.
