Return Policy

New Returns

Items must be in their original unused condition to be eligible for return. Installed, mounted, painted, or modified items are non-returnable.

Your return must be received by our office within 15 calendar days from return approval.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested and approved before any return will be accepted. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Returns received without an RMA clearly marked will be refused.

Partial order returns are accepted on approval only. Please contact us to request approval before shipping any partial return.

How to Request a Return

1. Start your return online with your order number. You will get your RMA number right away. We review every request and email you once it is approved. Questions? Email info@streetedgeusa.com.
2. Once approved, ship your item to:

3. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping to Street Edge USA is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be returned to the card used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you ordered an incorrect part and need to exchange it, items must be in new condition in original packaging. The restocking fee will be waived for approved exchanges, however shipping charges to and from your location remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty Returns

All warranty claims for Street Edge USA products are handled directly through Street Edge USA. Please contact us at info@streetedgeusa.com or call 1-888-656-3343 with your order details to initiate a warranty claim. See our Warranty page for full warranty terms.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with returning items to our facility. These charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
